This way email messages will be classified into the ones that need to be archived, transfer the messages to the most efficient storage media and automatically delete the messages that are no longer needed.

If youare a small scale organization, the smartest approach to email archiving is to settle for an offsite hosting service. Mail archiving off-site offers the end user to explore their archives speedily because the archiving equipment is local and the company saves on storage prices. In house set up process consumes a lot of time and effort than the offsite method, however, both approaches are very effective in mail archiving.
